It's the Totally Rad Show's 3 year anniversary episode! They've prepared a full house for us with a double bill of reviews! In movies we have Green Zone & Shutter Island! In videogames they take a look at Final Fantasy XIII as well as SFIV on the iPhone! Finally take a behind the scenes look at the show, hosted by Mike himself! Not to mention the favorite intros and backgrounds of Dan, Jeff, and Alex!
Thanks for the great 3 years guys! Watch or Download this episode, right now, right here!

This episode was solid, the segment with Mike was great. However I was really hoping for something similar to the last two anniversary shows. I liked seeing the "best of" that the viewers voted on and then seeing the guys talk about them. Don't get me wrong it was definitely a good episode but I hope next year that they return to a format similar to last year and the year before.

Great episode guys. Congratulations on 3 Years. Congrats on the year anniversary Mike. I definitely regard the release of each new episode as a blessing. It's also great to see each of you doing other things outside of TRS. Mike is a real talent and I'm sure he's got a big future.
My mate and I have made a point to watch the show every Friday night for the last 3 years and I have TRS to thank for getting us through some petty arguments over the years. We've had our share of disagreements but it's been sitting down on a Friday night to watch TRS that's smoothed things over. Our screenings of TRS generally last much longer than the running time as we pause to discuss and debate things ever 5 minutes. Well done!

great work guys.. love the show, watch it every week! Loved the tribute to the little effects that happen when the guys are just talking normally. The dirt, water and fire one was epic. |

I'm glad you are enjoying FFXIII Jeff, even as early as you are in it. You gain full control of your party choices after Chapter 10, and about 30 hours into the game. That being said, that still is only half way through the game. I finished the game at 60 hours. Another interesting aspect, especially if you love the fighting mechanics (which I definitely do), is that after you beat the main story, it allows you to continue playing your characters and to warp back to Gran Pulse to do all the side missions. Many of those missions don't open up until after you finish the game. Also, you gain the ability to finish off your crystarium leveling after you beat the game, but only after. Because the optional bosses that you fight after you beat the game are much much more difficult than the final boss is, and they want the final boss fight to be a bit more challenging than it would be if you had fully buffed (godlike) characters. So the open world game where you can do sidequests and go pretty much anywhere you want, actually ends up happening after the game is over this time. Some people may not be fond of that, but for me it was chocolate pudding.
