I saw united 93 it was ok nothing special as far as movies go

the story of united 93 just like all the stories of that day of what people did to help others and in some cases give their lives so other could live is incredible.

I was playing against my friend on street fighter 4 iphone vs iphone and I have to admit that right there is worth the ten bucks.

I wonder if there are enough 10 to 13 year old kids who own itouches? A pokemon type of game with the ability to fight each other via bluetooth would be epic. i there are enough kids who own the device this could be huge but I doubt any sensible parent would give a kid that young something so delicate.

I know that the DS has wifi but I think the iPhone has better graphics capabilities.

He was playing with his magnetic balls. BuckyBalls that is. Kevin and Alex played with them on Diggnation last month as well (http://revision3.com/diggnation/buckyballs). I don't have it myself, but it looks like a fun desk toy.

Awesome behind the scenes segment Mike. Love all work you put into the production of the show. And as a post-production geek myself, it was great seeing the whole process. Happy 1 year anniversary.

And thank you Dan, Alex and Jeff for putting on an awesome weekly show for the last 3 years.

personally, I've wished for years that Nintendo would realize a REAL pokemon game for non-handheld consoles. I say REAL, because I don't mean a stupid battle stadium, ranch, whatever other bullshit they come up with. I mean, a handheld pokemon game on a console with 3D graphics. maybe even just a port of one of the games. But then do stuff like online tournaments, online battling, online co-op... perhaps just make it a pokemon MMO. I think they could do a TON with something like that.

Ugh, saw Shutter Island tonight. There's 2 hours I'll never get back. You knew how it was going to end from the get go, what a disappointment. I'm not sure what I'll hold more against Jeff, this or hating Mass Effect 1.

Well, you've only got your self to blame, for having gone and seen it.

Stadium was cool back in the day. I spent a whole summer with a game Genie and battling my cousins. The look on their faces when I showed up with cartridges full of every pokemon available and all at level 100.

Online Pokemon would be bad ass. MMO even better. go on journeys with some people to different cities collecting badges. Once a year or monthly have tournaments with badges as entry requirements. In fact this is what Call of duty should do on live. Have team tournaments like once a year and reward MS points.

Default First time poster ...

Awesome show! You all do such a great job including (by including I mean especially ) Mike. I've been watching almost weekly for the last 2 years and have enjoyed every single episode I've watched.

For this episode though I would like to point out to Dan, who mentioned that the cinematography in Shutter Island was brilliant... I agree that for most of the movie it was pretty good. My only exception is for that first scene when they're on the ferry/boat to the island. I felt the lighting in that entire scene was awful, it felt so unnatural and obviously green screened. I wonder if anyone else noticed it. Anyways that was my only disagreement from the episode. Totally agree about being disappointed that the story went the way it did when the whole time I was watching I was hoping like hell that the twist was gonna be original.

Peace out,
Sapple
