Case Closed aka Detective Conan

I have to say, I could not agree with this weeks Hima time recomendation more. Case Closed was one of the best mystery animes that I have seen in a long time. I preface this by saying I grew up in a house where as a child I had to beg my grandpa to switch from Matlock to the original Scooby Doo, so I'm no stranger to who done it's. That may taint my opinion of the show with a pre-existing love for a genre but it is still worth a watch.

Don't be put off by the premise or description though, imagine the poison as a tool of the story and less some crazy plot twist. It creates some great personal developments between the characters, some I even hate to consider happening. Such a simple looking anime and yet it has me rooting for a story that I want to happen. Thats plus in my book. You heard it from the show and now you heard it from me...
