Default TV: Castle - Mal and Jayne Cobb Reunite

Anyone watch last nights episode of Castle?

Freaking awesome to see Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwin back together on the screen.

I also loved how the tables were turned (purposefully I'm sure) and Baldwins character was calling the shots.

I watch Castle on DVD, so I'm eagerly waiting for this season to end and come out on DVD, especially after how season 3 ended.

The first part of the season was a bit meh, but it seems that the writers have really tried to get back to basics with these later episodes. A lot more hijinks and a lot less love story.

I love cameos like this.
Especially Jayne, the man they called Jayne?
He robbed from the rich and he gave to the poor ...

Awesome...and yes, I realize I'm a grown man. One other thing I'll do for the upteenth time, is say, "God I miss Firefly!"

It took me a few minutes to realize the Firefly connection (too used to seeing Baldwin on Chuck that it wasn't immediate...I am ashamed). At first I thought it was going to be some new spinoff...then it clicked and I was greatly amused. I contemplated watching Firefly/Serenity through again this morning...

I beat you to it...Got through the Pilot and episode 2 earlier this week.

BTW: I'm also watching Buffy for the first time. I'm not sure how old Sarah Michelle Geller was when that show started, but she looks freaking young.
