Without doing any deeper research, they must be relying heavily on the credit card company's security policy to prevent fraudulent charges. I mean, this would make it pretty easy to swipe a credit card, forge a signature and put the card back without the person even knowing.

But I do think that this is great for a traveling business owner, small business or something for quick money exchange between friends. Also, might be useful to exchange money between one's bank accounts across banks.
