That is one sick but funny episode. The editing is very good.

One teeeeeeny little thing - I felt a little discontinuity between the over the shoulder of Josh biting replacement Josh's neck, and the reveal of him jerking his head back. I went back and scrubbed it and I can't really put my finger on it, but it seems like Josh's teeth aren't over the windpipe during the OTS. Probably done just to get a better visual angle.

I know this is being captain pickypants, I was just wonderin' if anyone else thought the same.

Not to take anything away from the awesometacularness off the episode though.

I was too grossed out to notice anything like that. I know it was just a red chicken and some fake blood in a pump (or whatever), but the scene sure was disturbing as far as I was concerned.
