Obviously different foods for different reasons but without getting all specifical which foods/dishes/drinks do you turn to, to make you feel better?
Homemade potato soup Homemade chicken noodle soup Homemade french onion soup Pasta dressed with only butter Saltines and butter Scrambled eggs and toast Cinnamon and sugar toast Medium boiled egg mixed with butter on toast Peanut butter and banana sandwich Hot sweet tea (the only time I drink it sweet is when I am ill) Ginger Ale Bananas Mint Chocolate I am probably forgetting some obvious ones that you will remind me of. A good sticky bun A dry ginger ale Hot cocoa on a boggy day |

Soup, any soup White rice Mashed potatoes Tuna Helper (yes, that boxed stuff) Hot chocolate Lipton's black tea, very sweet Toast with a little butter and cinnamon and sugar
