With the PS3 and the new RockBank3 thing, how cool would it be for someone to write a music editing app for the PS3s Linux side so that.. oh.. wait. =|

I too wish the guys had spent more time talking about the other major titles that were shown at E3. I also have to disagree with Jeff on the look for Skyward Sword. I loved the look of Twilight Princess (easily the best Zelda game ever, IMO), and was disappointed to see them go with a more pastel world. I feel it makes Link's design really stick out. I also felt -- and maybe this was just because of the videos -- that the graphics looked very washed out in this build. I'm hoping to see some better hands-on impressions in the near future, because this debut just didn't do it for me.

More like $1700 when you add in the price of a 3d ready TV.

And best of all, it's being used for the same types of games we already have on the Wii. YAY!!!!

Oh and apparently you have never heard of the Eye Toy or PS3 Eye. You know, the camera peripheral released by Sony for the PS2 that created a brand new experience where you use your whole body to interact with the game and was later upgraded for the PS3 (Eye) and now being used to power the Move. The Eye can replicate many of the same experiences that Kinect is able to achieve via its camera. You don't need a camera capable of 3d tracking to play many of the games MS demonstrated at e3. Calling the Move a ripoff of the Wii is akin to calling Kinect a ripoff of the Eye Toy.

One thing about Move though, because it relies on a camera (much like Kinect) the main problem Move has is response time. Which I imagine is what Jeff was experiencing with his demo of Move. Dan's disappointment from the device seems to come from the fact that he's wanting a simulator as opposed to a game controller and has more to do with the way the developers have chosen to utilize the Move controller. I really don't think he's put much thought into the repercussions a true 1:1 motion controller would have in games.

I was watching this weeks TRS and I just wanted to let the TRS guys know that Lumber Liquidators is a real store. When they were talking about Homefront it seemed that they thought it was a made up store because the game company couldn't get rights to the name Home Depot.

I think they know that Lumber Liquidators is a real place, and that they were just highlighting that Homefront uses real businesses compared to MW2 which used replacement names for all the businesses you fought in and around.

The reason I said that was because Dan said "It said Lumber Liquidators, but everything else was actually Hooters it was actually coffee beanery" , and when he said Lumber Liquidators he said it in air quotes. So either they don't have Lumber Liquidators near LA and they don't know what it is or Dan and Jeff are very good at misleading me. It wasn't a poke at them I was just mentioning it. Like I didn't know there was places like Del Taco and In and Out till I started watching DiggNation and TRS because those places aren't around where I live.

I gotcha, that has happened to me before. I have a friend in Jersey and she was talking about going to Wa Wa and I thought she lost her mind because first off, we don't have Wa Wa'a in the part od VA I'm at and second, no place in their right mind to me would name themselves Wa Wa unless it is ran by babies who can only say that.

first time I saw a "wawa" I was like bus?!?! I thought it was a chain like subways or soemthing I never bothered to go in as I was heading to Patts for some Philly cheese steak sandwiches.

cubans say La wawa when referring to a bus I grew up in Miami which is full of Cubans.

I got the same sense that they weren't sure it was a real store. I think even on Weekend Confirmed or Twit (too many show for you Mr. Jeff - you should really mention them more often on TRS ) Jeff mentioned it as a "store that's supposed to be like Home Depot" I, of course, could have heard this wrong.

(I see/hear ads for it all the time here), but hey ain't no big. HOOTERS they know which is only right.
