Awesome. Duck prepared in any shape or from is some of my favorite things to eat in the world.

I love duck ... but have been disappointed so many times by it in restaurants.
Will need to try this out when I get home (travelling - Bourbon Trail next Monday ).

This episode had me laughing out loud. Aaron cracks me up sometimes. Especially when out of no where he said 'Toss Your Salad' I literally almost spit my drink out. Maybe a little juvenile but good 'ol fun none the less.

---

I found the episode well thought out, with mentions of cleanliness, reusing of food that you throw while filming, cutting techniques, etc.

The duck looked amazing, although I probably won't try it. Duck, at least in my part of the US, seems to be almost 'exotic' thus being kind of pricey. Not a big fan of sweet potato mash myself, I prefer red potatoes with the skin left on.

I loved how Aaron and Lauren were really involved in the show.

I can actually get duck at one of my local supermarkets but it is whole bird only so I am usually roasting or frying.

Did I say frying? Forget putting a big turkey into a pot full of oil, put the duck in instead. It is so good tasting it will make your tongue slap your brains out.

Still can't wait to watch this episode... maybe in another hour or two.
