We prey on Predators, lay the smackdown on Crackdown 2, give a master class to the Sorcerer's Apprentice, and learn a juggle!

Just tried juggling. Smashed three plates and cut my toe with a knife that fell when my apple clattered in to the dishes on my worktop.
Juggling is dangerous. Much props to Jeff and Alex. |

Sounds like a missed photo opportunity.

That was more Alex and Jeff showing off their juggling skills, than Dan becoming a man.
The Predators review was fun, I was more in Dan/Alex camp about it and Jeff I think got biased because he watched the first Predator film just before, so obviously he can compare how it's not as good as that film. Crackdown 2 looks like an unnecessary sequel. I played the spiritual sequel first, which was Prototype that IS the best open world platformer, not this series. You never get stuck on geometry with that Assassin's Creed run button, and don't have to that "jump away and swim to the next" platforming. Made by different people, and is worse than the 1st game? I loved the first game, how it was so non-linear and the world was so varied in its geography. The idea of a destroyed Pacific City just is lame, making the art style look more grey, and platforming even more annoying. Last edited by moeez : 07-13-2010 at 10:38 AM. Reason: Bla |

How about instead of complaining that the targeting is bad in crackdown 2, you play a game that doesn't use a controller so mind bogglingly inaccurate (the mind boggling part is actually how popular that type of controller is) that you even need targeting.

When I get home I'm going to try juggling. I just never knew how to get the feel for the motions. Hopefully I have some spare tennis balls at home.

Bean bags are the best initial item to try juggling out with so you won't be chasing balls all over. Actually, scarfs are the easiest to get the rhythm and concept down.
I love how Dan (pretty damn quickly I might add) gets his first real juggle and it was Alright! Nice job Dan OK GO TIME FOR JUGGLING SKILLZZZ!! and Jeff and Alex just started going nutty fruitcakes with the juggling skills. I smiled out loud. HUGE Predator fan here. I could nearly quote Predator and Die Hard from "cover to cover" as a wee lad. Had them both on the same video cassette. It is from these movies I get two of my favorite quote/references I try to use in daily life: "DO IT! DO IT NOWWWW!! I'M RIGHT HEERREE!!" and "Where is ze best place to tranzmit? Du ROOF! GO!! GO!!!111" *le sigh* Had high hopes for this movie, but I can't believe Dan and Alex 2012'd Jeff. This leaves me most concerned and I'm thinking wait and rent. |

if you you had to sum up all the "SUMMER MOVIES in 2010" so far that would be the quote.

jeff is funny. he seemed legitimately offended at dan and alex's thoughts on predators... i will have to watch both to see for myself.
