Error when ordering

When i try to order a TRS shirt, the order keeps messing up. The shirt shows up in my shopping cart twice for free, instead of once for $7. When i try to submit the order i get an error that says to verify my credit card, which i know works. I've tried Firefox and Chrome, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

edit: it looks like that item was removed right as a tried to order :/
