Is anyone besides me getting a super-glitchy video that skips a bunch of footage and goes out of audio sync?

I got the same thing in the podcast... ...then I deleted it and re downloaded it and it was only 23 seconds long... ...so I thought I just got a bad download... ...but it's the same on the web player...

Needs to be reuploaded me thinks...
