As a new iPhone photo junkie, I'm very interested in this. After the switch from an iPod Touch to an iPhone 4, my every tweet seems to either have a photo attached through Echofon, or a Foursquare location. The idea of posting photos and locations from one place seems exciting.
My only worry? The cascade effect. Currently, my Twitter dual-posts to my facebook, and my Foursquare posts to both (otherwise I don't get the maps and tags appearing on Facebook). Often, I'll need to go to my Facebook profile and wipe of the doubled posts. So with Instagram, will I end up with 5 versions of the same message? (Sure, logic says I just post the photo to Foursqaure and avoid the cascade, but who needs logic around here?) |

Okay, so I've tried for a week and it's settled, I love Instgram. The filters are useful & varied and the sharing is great (especially with all you talent Rev3 people). The cascade I was worried about? It happened, but only between Twitter and Facebook. The Foursquare check-in doesn't multi-post. However, the Foursquare checkin has no link to the photo, so your caption may not make a whole lot of sense. Also, the facebook posting just goes to the instragram link, it doesn't load the photo onto your Facebook uploads so people can be tagged.
