Great episode. I would have liked to have seen a conversation between Brian and Clark, maybe where Clark maybe knows things about Brian before hand, so he can bring them up in conversation.. likes, dislikes, etc. And then they both review the footage and he can point out things Brian was doing, and whether Brian actually realized what he was doing. And then they can discuss signs people give off. And after that, Brian reviews footage of other people conversing, and see if he can spot the movements.
But good information, nonetheless. |

I enjoyed this episode. I just listened to the Social-Engineer.org podcast episode 14 where they had Joe Navarro on.
Joe is an expert in non-verbal communication, and spent 25 years in the FBI reading people. It is totally related to this same topic. Check it out @ http://www.social-engineer.org/episo...-are-thinking/ Some of his stories are amazing. In one story he also talks about base lining people by sitting in the parking lot and watching the individual when they arrive. He would watch how they act, walk, do they smoke 3 cigarettes before going inside, etc. before they were interviewed. |

OK I am a goof. I am the guy with the joke. For years I have said, I can tell if a girl likes the joke or is just laughing and faking it. I referred to this as the best girls, "Smile with their eyes". They are always my favorite. Others are out for something other than me, and are not my way to go. The only smile that matters, is the smile of the eyes.
If a girl or guy smiles with their eyes they mean it. Otherwise they are faking. Don't waste your time. One other thing I have nailed down. Find a liar. The truth is only found in speech patterns. If you have known someone for a while it is easier. Be responsive to speech patterns, you will dig out a liar before they will tell the lie. You can truly do it online even. I have found liars and actually told them what they do for a living, what they lie about and why. It is easy to find online, 'cause chat rooms are only speech patterns. Great for Texas Holdem table too. Just sayin'. |

i liked this episode. It would be cool if the prof could teach Brian how to do the lie dectecting and then test it out when doing another scam that would add another layer n top of performing a scam

Did it ever occur to you that it's the other way around?
This field of science has been around for quite some time, lie to me is just using that as it's basis |
