Default A different direction...

I like Rev3 and watch several of their shows on Miro and Rokus. If Rev3 is going to expand it's IPTV footprint it is going to have to expand beyond tech shows. Pick something popular that is relatively cheap to produce and go with it. How about a show like Bill Mahr or John Stewart?

I think Revision3 wants to branch out from tech (not get rid of it, just try out different stuff), they've just never been that successful. The recent cancellations (Food Mob, etc) are IMO an evidence of that.

They have some non-techy stuff on though, maybe they'll have more in the future.

Revision3 has slowly been changing for years now.. I miss the good old days when this site had people like Martin Sargent, Sarah Lane, and Jay Spedien and shows like the Revision3 Gazette.

They may have brought new shows to the line up, but they have also gotton rid of a lot of talented people.

I personally don't like most of the changes I've seen in these recent years.

I've seen one bad move after another. This site is only a fraction of what it used to be.

There used to be a sense of "family" that just isn't here anymore. I guess that's why I've moved on to a site that gives me that closeness that this site use to. TGWTG has so many people, yet they all closer than this site has been in a long time.

It's fine I guess. Rev3 has decided to go more of the "business" route.. But that has ruined things in my eyes.
