Help!! Any next gen console news???

Hey guys,

I am moving internationally from the states.
I have a xbox 360, im selling it because of the move.
I am a casual gamer and do want to get my xbox back when im all set
However, has anyone heard any news about any next gen consoles coming out anytime soon?
Should i just get my 360 back? should i wait?

For anyone that doesnt know, different countries use different power wattages and using adapters for long periods of time will kill your electronics.
Since it was an original release system (No red ring of death baby haha!) im ok with letting it go and getting a new one shortly.

Sony just launched MOVE, and Microsoft KINECT. Those are life extenders.
My guess is two years, before we see a hint of new consoles.

Sony like there 10 year life cycles (the PS2 is still selling).

I think the next gen will start with Nintendo in 2012, with a new home console, but I expect it to be 2013 (at least) before Microsoft or Sony release something new. That's just gut feeling based on the information out there, current trends etc.

Screw all those consoles, SEGA Saturn is where you want to be.

I would say it would be worth it for sure. I think that the next wave of consoles won't hit for a couple years yet, so plenty of time for more good games.

Well, there's that OnLive thing...but I wouldn't call that Next Gen.

nah, it's pretty much out...not sure if any shipped yet or not. But wouldn't that count as now gen?

I know. I ment the koncept, is probably what we'll see in the future at somepoint. Working.
