Program/App that saves icon positions

I am looking for a app that saves the location of all the icons on my desktop because every once in a while windows decides its time to rearrange the icons the way it thinks they should be arranged. I have 3 monitors(2 regular and 1 big screen TV just to watch videos on) and its gets to be annoying having to rearrange my icons every time it happens.
