Hello everyone,
I've migrated over to the HTC Thunderbolt last month after using a BlackBerry for the past 7 years. I absolutely love what the Android can do, but being in a corporate environment using Exchange and previously being on a BES with my blackberry, I'm finding "inbox management" a bit difficult. I have my exchange inbox set up with several folders that are filtered/sorted by sender or subject. This worked well with my Blackberry, since it would display every folder I choose in the main blackberry inbox, but kept everything as is on my exchange. With the Android, I have had to delete these rules so that all messages come in to my main inbox, about 100 per day, in order to see them in my main inbox on the handheld, which means that all these messages are also coming to my exchange inbox creating quite the mess. Is there any email applications for the Android that handle email the way the the BlackBerry did? or are there any settings that I might have missed that will allow certain folders to show up on the Android's inbox? Thanks, Dave |

Hi Moosenyc!
One of our hosts, Chris Jennings says: "Download K-9 Mail. It's a great free app that has multi-folder sync and supports Exchange. I use it to sort through all my Rev3 e-mails. It should provide what you miss from Blackberry." Anthony Carboni says: "+1 for K-9. I used to use it all the time." Hope that helps! -Steph |
