Help deciding on purchasing a plasma

Hey guys ive been debating myself on this product. It might be a no brainer but i would like to ask if its worth it for a 720p. Well let me start by describing the product. I found this product at my local walmart. Its a samsung 51in. plasma. Its a bundle that comes with a samsung 3d blu ray playe, and a pair of active shutter glasses, but my problem is that the tv is a 720p model. You guys think its worth it for $848? The model no. is samsung pn51d495. Its similar to the pn51d490 but it has the 5 at the end since its a bundle.
