Circus Themed Halloween Party

I am helping some friends design and construct some things for a creepy Victorian era circus / carnival themed Halloween party. We have a shooting gallery, knife-throwing board and sort of a reverse "Operation" style carny game. I was hoping that either Penn or the people on this board could help out with some suggestions for other games / attractions that could be built, or more importantly, some tricks or skills that could be learned reasonably well in three weeks by someone with a shocking lack of circus experience. I am a moderately skilled carpenter and we have some amazing artists working on these projects but we would like a few more ideas. Any suggestions for skills, tricks, or attractions that could be reasonably accomplished would be appreciated. Thanks!
