mounted lights for a camcorder.

I am following my questions about recommendation of a camera. I decided to get the canon Hv40 and also get audio-Technica ATR 3350 Lavalier microphone. However, I need mounted light hence some scenes would be taken at night and the actor will be running with the camera.
(similar to The Blair Witch Project movie)


Can you recommend me some good (inexpensive) light kit? (mounted)
