Default Was last night a good night for the GOP?

No, I don't mean the Herman Cain experience. Though that is funny now--we've got the black Bill Clinton!

In Ohio, voters rejected tea party backed anti-union measures
In Mississippi, voters rejected a 'life begins at conception' bill. (woo-hoo! good job fighting the religio-political machine!)

In Aryanzona, the Tea Party backer and sponsor/writer of the anti-immigration bill was ousted and another Tea Party backer was defeated.

Are we seeing the decline of the Tea Party? Was last night a good night for the GOP.

I will say that it was in my Pennsylvanian county. I will also, from my personal experience, that as soon as my mom and step-dad found out the GOP won ALL the races (ousting a 60 year old Democratic controlled government) the first words out of their mouth were "let's move."

So what do you think?

Last night was a good night for the GOP.

It highlighted to the party that despite the tea party caucus being loud and vocal, they are not representative of conservative America and should shut up and sit down so that he adults can get on with their job.

I can't vote, but as an outsider looking in (who as a permanent resident is impacted, but has no voice), I sit back and think the liberals need to realize that their ponzi based retirement and healthcare schemes are non sustainable and need to be overhauled ... and the conservatives need to realize that as citizen they have a responsibility to proportionally contribute to the well being of the nation. The biggest challenge for Washington is the complete overhaul of social services and taxation ... and you can't have one without the other.

The caterwauling of the tea parties is a destructive distraction.
