Question about the iBuyPower keyboards

For those who have bought an iBuyPower gaming PC before, is the keyboard that comes with it considered a mechanical keyboard? I was looking for mechanical gaming keyboards, and some of the ones I've seen look very much like the keyboards that come with iBuyPower PCs.
