Commodore OS - LM

I'm curious....has anyone else tried out the Commodore OS beta? I was disappointed finding out that they used Linux Mint. I was hoping for something more of their own than their own theme. I have to admit that I like the boot screen, menu & other eye catching effects. I was also disappointed that I couldn't run any of the Commodore emulators. I grew up with the Commodore 64.

My bandwidth is not that large for the Commodore dvd's. May try them next month. Many users who have been around a while are dropping ubuntu like flies for Mint. Just dropped Ubuntu for a RedHat based distro. I do plan to try Mint soon. Mint is what Ubuntu s/b...
