App Review Video Equipment.

Hi guys,

I'm really interested to know what equipment AppJudgment uses to shoot the app reviews. It would be appreciated if someone could point out the following equipments and techniques to me:

1-The tripod they use, gives a bird's eye view of the device.
2-Lighting and environment (i.e. to avoid reflections in the screen)
3-dealing with frame rates and shutter
4- appropriate lens or anything else needed to create the app demos.

So far I have not been able to find much help in this regard on the internet, would be much appreciated if someone could help out.
