TiVo won't record newest Revision3 content

I can't get the four newest episodes of TRS and the most recent of HDNation. I can go back and get previous episodes, but not these newest ones.

Any changes on the server side causing this issue or is it a TiVo issue?

I can see the new episodes in the TiVo download manager, but it fails when it tries to download them, stating that they can't be found on the source.

I have season passes for these shows and they've recorded normally until now.
