Small Laptop for Linux

Hey guys I was hoping ya'll could recommend some good cheaper laptops to run linux on. Looking to make the jump to having a full time ubuntu machine. I was thinking something small maybe like the 11" MacBook Air type size but without that cost!! Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read!!

You really don't need a very powerful machine for Ubuntu.
Why not pick up a second hand laptop from eBay if money is a concern. Driver support is your main issue here so make sure the laptop isn't too old, that said modern Ubuntu has pretty decent hardware support. If you want new and price is a concern, the Dell Vostro range is pretty good for the money.
