Hey there ezhirzhan
Awsome to see people wanting to get into building PC's. I do have a few recomendations for you on your idea's The AMD build: In that particular set up there is a video card that's missing, so if you do go for that one you will have to fork over another $200 at least for a reasonable card for that system. (maybe more) Another thing is the power supply. I am unsure of DiabloTek's reputation when it comes to power supplies. I would recommend swamping it out for a Corsair or Antec PSU, possibly bumping it up to a 850 watt for future compatibility. Never know if you want to get a second graphics card later on. The case is good though, looks like it will get good air cooling where it needs to go (hdds, cpu and gpu) The Intel build: Some of the links to the combo's are broken so I can't really see the details of them so I'm flying kind of blind on this one. The heat sink is kind of surreptitious unless you're planing on over-clocking. If you are leaving it at stock than the heat sink that comes with the cpu is fine. The power supply/case combo link is discontinued so Other considerations: I do have a few questions for you just to get you thinking about the build. I don't need a response from these, they're just to help you out. What kind of stuff will you be doing on this new system?? if it's basic day to day word processing and web browsing stuff than why so many cores?? if you're planing on doing some gaming than look into a second graphics card. You don't have to get it right at first but it will help out getting good frame rates. Best course of action is get the first card, play a bunch of games, decide if you want better performance. If you have any questions let me know. |
