Default Blockbuster vs Netflix

So, what do you use?

I have become a fan of Blockbuster - beign able to return movies to the store, and pick up something off the shelves (that doesn't come off my waiting list) is a bonus.

Since there everyone in my household works multiple jobs, goes to school, etc. we are so busy that Netflix is the most convenient for renting movies, especially since ther is no late fee. However, all of the Blockbusters have closed around me...it would be nice to go and physically look at boxes and stuff to choose a movie.

I am going to agree with Token on this one. I have a Blockbuster about a mile from my house. The fact that I can take movies I get in the mail back to the store, pick out three movies and then also get the next three movies in my queue is awesome. Overkill? Maybe. But I like having options.

I prefer Netflix. Near work there is a mailbox that gets a pickup in the early part of the day. If I drop my returns in there I frequently get a 2-day turn around on the movies.

Since joining Netflix I just don't like going into video stores. I have nothing against Blockbuster, but Netflix has more of the types of movies I like to watch.

I like netflix. Slightly larger selection, And blockbuster has screwed me over so many times in the past, so they can suck it.

You can "rent" HD movies on XBOX 360. Too bad the library sucks-ass.

If you prefer Netflix and you have a blockbuster in your area you are a flippin retard. Netfilx is about to get their junk stepped in here in 2007. PLUS you can get games with the Blockbuster account.

Yeah - I am thinking of using my "e-coupon" rentals for the games ... I wonder if they would mind if I backed them up to my chipped Xbox while I played them (wouldn't want to scratch the DVD with all it spinning) ...

What the heck are you talking about? Are you a Blockbuster shareholder? I get no love at Blockbuster. I've used Netflix exclusively since I signed up almost three years ago. I give Blockbuster about five years until IP delivered content makes Blockbuster pointless.

Despite dromeonyourchest's compelling arguments in favor of Blockbuster, I have to agree with ya masherscf.

Besides, Blockbuster is pro-censorship. **** (oh, the irony) them.
