Default picture quality

ok I am not one to complain about this because I am just glad it is now in 16x9 which I have been asking for for some time now

but it looks like you got 1 good camera and 2 crappy ones one looks like it is calibrated good and the others dont match at all

I am not sure and I have nothing to back up this but what it looks like to me is there is one camera that can do 16x9 and the others cant so it is shot with a "blinder" sorta over the lenses to make it 16x9 format I have done this my self to overcome some limitations with cameras I was shooting with it works but it ant pretty

so if that is the case cool with me I could care less so long as the show in is Color and 16x9 it can look like a old worn out VHS pron tape for all I care I was just winderig why it looks like that

its funny it looks like it does when a TV show is being followed around with someone with a DV Camera and they show the show through that for a min or so just to make it look more real that that guy has a camera that works but the picture quality is always different from the show itself it kinda reminds me of that

thanks I love the show and everything the Rev3 team does

Two are Panasonic DVX100's and the other is a Sony Z1U. You're absolutely right about the colors and the 16:9. We were using a blinder technique (in camera), but we've moved to a squeeze mode...it might help some. The other issue is the room...my side has two 20 ft windows, so it's pretty bright. We don't have blackout curtains, so we make due.

It should be out on Friday. The final edits are being done now. There's an audio problem (my nemesis it seems) that we're hoping to fix in post...but I suspect it won't be perfect. The wire in one my mics broke and I guess it cut out during the show and Jessica dropped her transmitter and the battery popped out. Nobody noticed...whoops! Anyhow...look for it on Friday...of course, now that I said it, Murphy's Law applies :-)
