I just upgraded my PC and am wondering which is the best quality video to watch on my Samsung 226BW. Large Xvid?

I have a 7900GS, and the h.264 looks great. Thanks.

I've got a 3DFX VooDoo 3 2000 and it runs the H.264 fine.
Damn ATi and their cheap cards... |

I love h.264 because of the quality, and i embeds inside my browser, so no download time for any of Rev3 shows if they offer it in h.264.
