Default No TSS on Rev3

I remember a while back someone posted a thread asking if it was possible that once Revision3 got going there might be a show that closely resembled The Screen Savers. After a page or so of people saying that would be great a mod or someone in the higher-ups told us that although he couldn't say why he could tell us that it wasn't going to happen.

I was just curious if there was more information on this. Is there a reason why they wouldn't do it? I mean it looks pretty possible (aside from figuring out how to do live online tv every week) We've got Patrick Norton, Kevin Rose, Alex Albrecht, Sarah Lane, Martin Sargent, etc... Thats like a dream team for hosting a TSS-esque show.

Is there a reason there should be a TSS clone show?

I enjoyed TSS five years ago. I now enjoy TRS, Diggnation, iFanboy, infected, Systm, and think the GigaOm show has potential. As much as I loved TSS back in the day I would rather some sort of non-review/techtalk show than another show where some people sit or stand around and talk about news or whatever. I want something new.

I watched DL.TV for the first time yesterday, the one where Pat said he's leaving...and it was great.
