Gears of War.

I would say an extra wireless controller and the battery packs. I don't know what type of games you like to play so I can't recommend that. maybe a 3 month gold card.

Geometry Wars is pretty fun as far as live arcade games go. There are demos for nearly all of the live arcade games if u aren't sure about them.

Rainbow Six: Vegas is a very well rounded shooter with a good story, co-op, and multiplayer. I still play it regularly. What types of games do you like? If you have a specific game type you prefer we can probably give you a few more game ideas. Also, picking up the plug and play kit or the quick charger and a couple rechargeable batteries is nice to have.

A play and charge kit, Gears of War, an extra wireless controller, and try and get in the Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer beta (its epic).

Epic, as long as you get in a game that doesn't have a 14 year old kid that says "boobs' for 5 mins. joy!!

But in serious Bioshock, Gears of war, Dead Rising, Saints row if your into GTA styled games. and other then that a second controller and a rechargeable battery.

Like I mentioned in the other 'im buying a 360 thread', don't buy any games. There are a TON of demos to try out and over 80 arcade titles too.

Find some demos that you like, then go pick up those games...

As much as I'd love to read your mind and find out what you do and don't like, only you will know.

Most major games have demos for them already.

I'd also say to get a gamefly account, and rent everything that you dont want to keep/purchase.

Play and Charge kit. Live vision Xbox Live bundle (if you are getting live). Chatpad. Definitely pick up an elite if not for the hdmi, for the hard drive space.

Gears of War, Bioshock, RB6:Vegas, and Dead Rising would be my recommendations.
