Today on the show, Darren is out still Hacking across Europe by visiting CERN and Steam games on Linux the easy way. All that and more!

Steam games on Linux

Downloading Steam for Linux from store.steampowered.com/about from Linux PC. It uses Ubuntu 12.04.

Missing packages downloaded automatically through terminal.

Log in with your normal account. Looks just like Windows version of Steam. Only games that have been ported will run. Some of the ones that do work on it are CSS, Killing Floor, TF2, and World of Goo. Games already paid for are already in acct on Linux as well. World of Goo runs incredibly smooth on laptop. Games purchased on Linux are playable on Windows. Cannot play on same account on two computers.
