Use Dynamic Compression to keep your TV's volume level. Bass Trap. What is it? And how can it improve a home theatre setup?
HBO's "Game of Thrones" is typical: "low volume level dialogue, punctuated by a quick edit to a battle scene for example, where the volume level is so loud, I frantically look around for the remote to turn the volume down." Don't sweat it, James. Dynamic Compression can fix this! Bass Trap. What is it? And how can it improve a home theatre setup?
Jim has a problem with the dynamic volume range of many movies--he often needs to turn up the volume during dialogue scenes and then scramble for the remote whenever there is a cut to a battle scene. Are dedicated compressor/limiter boxes the answer? Watch the clip to find out our answer or Shoot us an email if you have a suggestion.
