The Wizard of Oz Blu-ray hits the streets this week. California Energy Commission Pushes for More Efficient HDTVs

In it's continuing efforts to keep California's per capita electrical consumption flat the California Energy Commision wants stronger TV efficiency standards for the HDTVs sold in the state starting in 2011. Apparently the Federal Energy Star aren't strong enough?1? We've got the details (the spec is under a 45 day review right now) -and Robert's response- on the show!
