JV grew up hooked on radio. In high school. he used to skip out on classes just to listen to his favorite radio shows. He was a regular caller and fan of one show in particular that inspired him to take it up as his own life passion.

JV put together one of the most successful morning radio show's in the Nation called The Dog House. It was rated number 1 for 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has also worked in New York and Los Angeles an two very big radio stations.

JV's show has always been surrounded by controversy, so it led to a couple of back o back terminations. It was during that time that JV discovered a new passion...talking to people through a web cam and a microphone at the same time. JV picked up a home camera, took it to the streets, and then brought what he captured along with his opinions back to his little home studio. The end result was a lot of people calling him and telling him that he should check out Revision3.

JV is back on the air in San Francisco at Wild 94.9 every morning but he says, "I really have become a fan of Diggnation and the other shows on Revision3...although my show is different, I really hope that the fans DIGG my episodes."

JV loves making observations about the world that he lives in, hence the name, JV's World. He said "although I'm giving my take on topics, events, and pop culture, I really want to hear what the audience has to say about these topics."
