" It's rough I'm -- I don't know what his -- experience writing just that's the talk about I don't know much right experience yet but this is. This book seems to me like a very early writer stage. Beautiful barns and beautiful look at but I found it difficult to give the story it's not going to let thanks very. Dimension topic monsters and."

" And -- kind of you know let go as far as I can tell -- would job corps is this is this corpse like guy who's been in existence for thousands and thousands of years as a and warm. Yeah Islam comes out of his side and and in this one. And in this trip him back there the earth he's -- he's settled on earth and he likes this beer and -- and his -- kind of crafts do you you know press kind of guy I think to gentleman corpses and the little irony. And or gets attacked by the squid life column RE Hamas -- aliens and that he's fought before and it may take over dimensions and he you know countries that -- you're not -- estimate highlights is the mention. And fights back. And this is is is -- universe is. -- what has a little role as not the moment a robot that he's made -- Parra companion who fights is well. Had an -- that was."

" Retired about suit and news. Yes all of it's all art is kind of -- wondered. It's it's it's -- almost looks like it later that for the I was just say it's almost like you draw these things and then peace the other somewhere around field. Yeah exactly but that's it but that's an exit we're talking about before the show to compare this and some even bought Barbara's work to third is -- you see. The evolution of this illness crafted in this small amount in years. Are you know like third is that is great yard these disparate bits now then. He also has a -- going on actually currently right now to what is called welcome Oxford. And this actually -- all I'm I'm not. It's it's really like Regina should -- and -- I actually actually really got him to prison. I didn't I think it's nice very and it was that's respond to what we have no idea what is start them no idea I'll try -- yeah. Like I believe the tag line is don't drop -- But instead an hour but let it and that is that these -- do you mean like you fit fit fit into the system which may be worse than prison rape and a -- that just. Show more Spirit on this this because more in common with fell in terms and and it's outline. Death. And as a prison where the it's privatized prisons. People just don't want that's -- motion to find from -- company and find out that there's going on its president just rushed copyright it. There's actually demons that."

" What are. I mean there is I was reading this I did this before is that."

" His style is incredibly cinematic."

" And that you'll see this theme over and over again it's very subtle and not looking for you won't really notice it -- have a wide shot of the character of some things will happen and then by time to -- the bottom of the page. The characters have moved but the cameras moved closer right and let's face and it is this."

" On spy on subconscious unconscious way of cranking up the tension and whenever you read his books literally it's a tense experience. And I'm -- numbers like."

" You can by the end of it and in and it's something he does that so subtle. So specifically you'll see that as a motif over and over again and it's it's a camera to move its its is that I think in."

" But it's somehow summoned the way does it and angle and then they expressions -- also put that into colors all of those things I I was really impressed old house and you know it wasn't a book that I wouldn't buy an issue. -- we -- supplement -- senseless act now and it's pretty good and and I'm also out I think it shows."

" Writing he's been matters what -- read the -- back with. And I was so happy to redhawks had asked yeah just like oh he OK so there's either he's gotten better or is this the stories more responsiveness. In its Irish elect."

" Is it hasn't seemed easy enough of that in if you can you know he's known as -- and yeah he's a storyteller so he's just -- as -- you know you've got to see that. But we're going to somebody seem more Alice in -- Johnson he's going to. You know. No he's -- the extra right and it's good to see in the beginning you know coming up jeans and the United -- stories this site is about daddy's got -- weighed one yeah an idea if you -- announcement checked and I'd have been -- talent -- and the other thing is men's doubles and yesterday he must -- Yes he he there's something chilling in that says I saw. I don't expect nowadays and gentlemen. -- is nice day now. Let's but it's. It's almost like it's obviously when we're listening can come with his address -- like we know it's what's the helmet -- cut barker. You know like these can be. This EM -- On barker and -- But doesn't it but they. That's what I'm not -- and I'm I'm not me say horrid excellent and I it's hard for me to put -- in its place that has pace where these ideas come from but there immensely proud of them. And then I can definitely expect that. And it's also it's it's it was not being filled because I think this is on the books are books out there. But in the end I think lamenting is that like the the market flooded in the 2000 vampire books -- books out of -- Yes look and the thing is that. They're out there but nobody doesn't like -- and like and horror like this is truly horrified. He's the authority isn't as horrified aren't needs to freak you yeah its job. You don't even need to words -- You just if you if you took the words in his. And just rip pages in the first issue lost her character. Fight that takes biden's in the neck and another character is -- kind gentle yet. And it and an -- terms that we flips a switch you seem like diamond residents like foods announced an art needs that. Visceral feel that horrid fear species the -- only."

" I've scandal it like to -- square space dot com for sponsoring this episode. Scores faces a publishing system for anybody looking to build a -- a portfolio or any kind of website. If you look at him build a really neat website it looks just like the high traffic high budget website square space has the tools you need to do it would no coding experience required. Be on the lookout for a couple of web sites where space is developing -- envoy in the near future if you've been thinking about starting a website but he just didn't know how. Givers square space dot com and try out a fourteen day free trial is the code I envoy when he gets set up to let him know that we say yeah. And make sure to check out go -- dot com for all of your needs on the web they have complete web solutions including domains. --"

" Another current series that animals of working on with rhetoric just ended just. A sentimental favorite. With -- and Johnson's book called space wolves and it's last year."

" I want to comment there and the party gets pissed at the release party -- and it's what is the source is yen up anti Johnson talk to them so that's. When we first heard of that's based estates is. Comic adaptation of it is it's actually pretty cool -- it right well. Except the world rat and it's and stickers whenever there's mention of licensed property you believe you again usually it usually the reaction is. Yeah exactly there's not heard it right. But the created countless books such that well. Maybe you should give us we like it just starts with obsolete would like for awhile so pivotal look at you know what. This is actually I really good. It is --"

" And and it's it's it's been because if you look at it Warren Ellis actually was involved in the project early on some of the concept things on the counter as things at that and he he forever is because Johnson's right. And that he or exceed -- that's. We've recommended Johnson. It's -- but -- there's there's that the connection -- and four. You know billions about the come on in their sponsoring a sponsor a show in the millions coming out around Halloween. And it's you know it for fans of the video game this is a great way it. Kind of you know expand on the universe. You know its horror. --"

" It -- out there. -- Right right get -- the whole story don't want to -- Which missile. Which was good to good people about a whole world read any good to eat things -- are you happy halo comic which never comes out that. And this actually could have -- out. Yeah people want to six children six and you'll want the whole world as the pre you know what you can see it just. The reason why we always say -- to -- properties is usually does not if people work. But this is they took good -- it would be an artist and it costs or else. Bits with the story is it is -- space station that's -- they're off doing next futuristic mining up stations like an alien problem. Aliens and in this this. It's totem is mark next big -- And it has religious and that -- religious implications it's sort of like if we might expect someone discovered the Arctic front runner and so now you've got this. People on this on the station or religious against it or not religious unit apologists is that that kind of compare them -- cultists like Scientology's. So that you've got the religious conflict plus not a political base. From from media can't sleep in there and and it didn't violent acting now to an Angel and then it goes -- and Rwanda but that's that's the story goes. So you've got its just actions discreet visit the religion really stepped through into an angled into the whole thing you -- this creeping sense of dread. Again I think that -- actually seen this. Still aside this is almost the most probable. Like in that they'll put it in the beginning if not likely that pictures of what's what's neat."

" About this -- to me was that it didn't feel like. By us are you know if you'd say no that's okay if I didn't know is reading -- just. -- science fiction story up about an otherworldly place I think that's one less property needs to be yeah. Bombs it's seated and that meant I suppose that's actually you know the stuff actually tweak the -- It's also detailed as it looks like you know image before the original RTC's that the drugs to the color then there's also does win -- on the page yeah."

" I think it's also just an and that this is the famine as far as -- lead this and felt that books that he doesn't letters well. Russell whose letter in this for south -- fell. But I -- just from the get go I could bike after an Oxford and wouldn't you know what that's -- behind helmet. You in the books that he's drunk he's anticipating Wendy well we're -- letters working you know people to different. Kind of field's department has bandages it isn't I'm approach."

" Describe the difference -- it is. The books that he's more it's more him and exited his earlier books were more painted. I spent almost the paint book whereas that's based on -- Petal colors were supposed. That's is that in this big talent and a fellow opera Oxford says it is but. You've noticed but that's it's almost more like colors and then paint dogs that -- and they're all painted just out tweaked these very personal rent. And -- and his."

" And what are what's great is about the you know the crossover potential in -- appears to be pretty. -- That's and hopefully you know folks include -- tech comic -- government troubles -- the nation that there is nice and -- and more people and you know enjoying his work -- of the market."

" Susan we -- collection. Packaged gaming hopefully. By northeast it's almost everybody the day. So so we're short we forgot -- amendment -- them that you problem antigens Dagestan. So if you want to -- content to let them do this complete and it really is -- happy -- it's also great applause and I look at the Byrd looked well after average is in general this is the fact that it had written so it doesn't content that -- down. Or you can call if you are -- Think you're completely wrong new policy that's dated and boys -- between 66 months seven."

" vampires like Dracula you like George Hamilton you like that Spacey like welcome -- prison stories like gladiator movies you can talk all these things. That would probably post about the -- About palaces argued there is -- comp -- fan boy. --"

" I'm very tragic death. But why not do so it's not once not once I was in accidents this -- I was trying to -- Hooked up a and then being cocky vicious lacks the political big -- tape the it's -- tax. And price."

" This episode of I fan -- brought you by he is dead space square space dot com and go to any dot com. Exists. If you -- I don't know look at me look at it look."

" Rock band boy Cox fashion show my ex con right here if I'm Josh. And I'm -- And heads over the over the years we would like to take a look at a crater and kind of spotlight that work.

And price."

Wormwood: Gentleman Corpse

Could I start reading Wormwood: Gentleman Corpse from the 2nd trade or does it have an overarching story I couldn't follow without reading the first trade?

I've always enjoyed his art on Fell, and right now I'm really, really enjoying his Welcome To Hoxford series from IDW. Very creepy, yet very cool.

If Warren Ellis stopped writing Fell for some reason and the new writer was absolutely terrible I would continue buying it. I just love the art.

Is their more than one trade of Fell? I read the first and it was really great. I had very uncomfortable dreams.

Truthfully I never paid attention to his art before. It was too "far out" for me at the time 30 Days of night came out. But the atmosphere he sets in these stories is creepy as hell. I love it.
