Avengers: The Initiative #12
Thursday, May 29th, 2008 running time 02:36
Avengers: The Initiative #12 was release earlier this month and wrapped up Dan Slott's first year on the new title from Marvel Comics. Ron weighs in on what worked and what missed the mark.
Avengers: The Initiative #12 was the ongoing comic book spun out of the Civil War event and was meant to focus on the 50 state initiative as imagined by Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four and Iron Man, and would place a super team in every state. But over the first year of the comic, it was bogged down with confusing storylines and characters that didn't really connect.
