Regional Sales Manager - Los Angeles

Position Description: Revision3 is looking for a high-energy Regional Sales Manager (Los Angeles-based) with at least 3 years of outside advertising sales experience. The perfect candidates have existing relationships with media buyers and advertising clients, a proven track record of online video advertising sales success, and an ability to sell creatively.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Sell dynamic video ad units (pre/post roll & flash overlays) around Revision3 content
· Sell in-show sponsorships across all of Revision3 shows
· Seek out and respond to relevant ad sales RFP's, identify and develop best advertising prospects
· Work closely with content creators to develop out of the box sponsorship ideas and unique ways to integrate sponsors into shows
· Track available advertising inventory, create a sales pipeline, and coordinate advertising delivery in shows
· Interface with ad agencies & clients to ensure successful advertising campaigns/buys on Revision3

Requirements:
· 3+ years ad sales experience and associated agency/marketer rolodex
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor
· Detail oriented
· Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
· Strong customer-service orientation
· Familiarity with the Internet based advertising models



Internship Program

Revision3 Internships provide students with a professional, career-related, meaningful work experience in an exciting environment. Revision3 interns benefit from a broad range of hands-on experience from the daily production of our shows to business side operations.

To qualify, you must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and actively pursuing a degree in a related field. You must also be living in the SF Bay area during the internship period.

Audience Development Intern

Position Description: Revision3, the leading online television network, is looking for an Audience Development Intern to assist, gain hands-on experience and learn from our Business Development Team. Interacting with our VP of Business Development and Marketing, this candidate will learn to assist Revision3's efforts in growing viewership to the company's 20 entertaining and informative episodic shows.

Get hands-on experience on how to maintain and grow the company's extensive distribution platform, develop and implement paid and organic search campaigns, and build successful viewership campaigns on video sharing and video destination sites.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Help increase awareness of Revision3, and drive viewers and traffic to our site and to our partners
· Assist in managing relationships with current distribution partners
· Work with SEO, SEM, YouTube and other Optimization models
· Update and tweak content on distribution partner sites daily
· Maintain Audience Relationships
· Assist in creating and executing a solid blogger and webmaster outreach program in order to drive
traffic and viewers to Revision3.com and to our partners
· Use web analytic tools to analyze and report on the results of these efforts
· Act as the internal champion for our partners
· Assist in building the Revision3 corporate brand


Required Skills:
· Digital media experience and enthusiast with interest and ability to grow visits, depth and repeat frequency viewership by optimizing and leveraging traditional search engines and social media sites
· Avid social media experience, YouTube enthusiast and activist
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Computer Proficient (Mac)
· Extremely proficient in PPT and Excel
· Excellent time management skills
· Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented
· Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
· Experience or interest in branding preferred, but not required
· Able to commit to a minimum 20 hours per week, and at least a 3 month term
· Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, actively pursuing a related degree or credentials (Marketing or Business Major preferred, but not required)
· Must live in the San Francisco Bay area
