Epic Citadel for Android - Samsung Nexus 10 V. ASUS Transformer Infinity Pad
Wednesday, January 30th, 2013
Epic Citadel is Epic Games' first internal initiative to produce an Unreal Engine 3 project for Android. 3 years ago they launched the same demo on iOS and we've had Unreal Engine 3 games on Android for just as long, but today they demo has arrived on Android with a shiny new feature, benchmarking. We decide to show it off side by side on the Google Nexus 10 Tablet and the ASUS Transformer Infinity Pad.
p>Unreal Engine 3 is used on console system like the PlayStation 3 & Vita, its renderer supports many advanced techniques including HDRR, per-pixel lighting, and dynamic shadows.
