The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has been announced and as expected this Android device has a larger 5.5 inch display with a resolution of 1280x720 16:9 screen. Before you complain that its gotten too big, its basically the same size as the original fablet the Note 7000. It doesn't disappoint power-wise since it's got a new quad-core 1.6GHz Exynos chipset which is actually faster then the SIII.

The camera appears to be very similar to the 8-megapixel shooter that we've seen before from Samsung, it's got an LED flash and 1080p video. The device has of course gotten slimmer the Note was 9.7mm the Note II is 9.7mm.
