Jim Louderback joined Revision3 as the CEO in July 2007. Jim has spent 16 years in various media and technology management roles, including leading editorial and lab efforts for PC Week, and being on the launch team for ZDTV/TechTV - the first 24 hour cable network devoted to technology. He most recently served as senior vice president and editorial director for Ziff Davis Media's Consumer group, along with being Editor in Chief of PC magazine. Prior to jumping into the media world, Jim built computer systems for Fortune 500 companies, managed the ticketing and ground operations for regional airlines, and attended various institutions of higher learning in the Northeast. He has a Math degree from UVM, and an MBA from NYU's Stern School, but don't hold that against him. When he's not working, Jim likes sailing, biking, hiking and travel -- occasionally simultaneously.

Born and raised on the mean streets of Long Island, NY, Ron Richards spent most of his formative time in front of the TV and with his computer. He then attended Ithaca College to find out what they knew about Television and Media Management. Choosing computers over television, his career began during the first Internet boom, managing web site builds for Fortune 500 companies. To avoid getting laid off when the boom went bust, he took a gig at Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he helped run the website programs for Westin, Sheraton, W and many other hotel brands. While this was going on, he was quietly building a mini comic book empire with iFanboy.com, which eventually led him to podcasting. After launching the iFanboy audio podcast in 2005 and the video podcast (on Revision3) in 2007, both shows are now the top comic book podcasts. Ron joined Revision3 in the fall of 2007, finally merging his two loves - television and computers - to manage the Revision3 website experience for our audience.

When Mau gets home in the evenings he enjoys nothing more than attempting to take over the world by simply being a nice guy. It's not working but he sleeps well at night.
