Sarah Lane, Revision3's Director of Production, spends her days making sure all is well behind the scenes as the network grows. Whether it's juggling Prager's IM conversations or dragging Martin out of the Sea Star Sports Bar, there's never a dull moment on Sarah's calendar. Sarah also hosts the Pulitzer Prize-winning program "popSiren" on the network, and twitters a lot (@sarahlane). Before joining Revision3's fabulous team, Sarah produced and hosted TV shows on TechTV and G4, and most recently spent a year traveling the world with a camera and a laptop. You'd be surprised how sweet the sound of a 28.8 modem can be when you're crying in the jungle. She's very happy to be back in San Francisco, the best city in the world. If you don't agree, Sarah feels sorry for you. When she's not reading 400 emails a day (rare), Sarah enjoys nachos, vino, and long walks off short piers. Close

Jim Louderback joined Revision3 as the CEO in July 2007. Jim has spent 16 years in various media and technology management roles, including leading editorial and lab efforts for PC Week, and being on the launch team for ZDTV/TechTV - the first 24 hour cable network devoted to technology. He most recently served as senior vice president and editorial director for Ziff Davis Media's Consumer group, along with being Editor in Chief of PC magazine. Prior to jumping into the media world, Jim built computer systems for Fortune 500 companies, managed the ticketing and ground operations for regional airlines, and attended various institutions of higher learning in the Northeast. He has a Math degree from UVM, and an MBA from NYU's Stern School, but don't hold that against him. When he's not working, Jim likes sailing, biking, hiking and travel -- occasionally simultaneously. Born and raised on the mean streets of Long Island, NY, Ron Richards spent most of his formative time in front of the TV and with his computer. He then attended Ithaca College to find out what they knew about Television and Media Management. Choosing computers over television, his career began during the first Internet boom, managing web site builds for Fortune 500 companies. To avoid getting laid off when the boom went bust, he took a gig at Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he helped run the website programs for Westin, Sheraton, W and many other hotel brands. While this was going on, he was quietly building a mini comic book empire with iFanboy.com, which eventually led him to podcasting. After launching the iFanboy audio podcast in 2005 and the video podcast (on Revision3) in 2007, both shows are now the top comic book podcasts. Ron joined Revision3 in the fall of 2007, finally merging his two loves - television and computers - to manage the Revision3 website experience for our audience. Close

Mauricio Balvanera was a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild in Los Angeles as the lead music editor on Desperate Housewives, Criminal Minds and various other film and TV shows before moving to San Francisco to bring his skill set to new media. He returns to the picture editing he enjoyed, working on commercials for Reebok, Lexus, and IBM after graduating from the University of Southern California film school. When Mau gets home in the evenings he enjoys nothing more than attempting to take over the world by simply being a nice guy. It's not working but he sleeps well at night. Close

Heather Frank, one of Revision3’s Senior Producers, enjoys frothy lattes, rooftops and shooting the shit. When Heather isn’t bird watching or being told to put a lid on it, she winds herself up and calls the shots on various Revision3 shows. One word to describe Heather is: nice. She’s just bubbling over with niceness. Always so chirpy and sweet, people are in awe of her wonderfulness. Before making the best decision of her life by joining the motley crew at Revision3, Heather produced shows on TechTV, G4 and E! Networks and explored the diverse lands of the great continent of Europe. When she’s not wrangling, writing, scheming, pitching, or shooting, Heather enjoys black pepper, lightning storms and doing donuts in the parking lot. Close

Glenn McElhose is currently Revision 3's mascot. He'll typically show up at any company related event and turn computers into light tubes. He's not content with his last name and frequently tries out new options in the credits of diggnation. Glenn has absolutely no previous television experience but is handy to have around for carrying bags. He's worked at other production houses like Current TV, KPIX SF, TechTV (of course, aren't we all from there), River Place Productions, Keyhole Productions, Pencil Neck Nauticals, Hover Dog Diaries and Komplete Kitchen Repair. He'll also do any camera work that involves telephone companies or the use of hand trucks. One word to describe him: "he's a nice fellow most of the time".

Internationally adored farceur Martin Sargent has been delighting audiences for decades. Dubbed "Hollywood's Million Dollar Man" by Variety due to the assured success of any project he graciously agrees to be attached to, his recent announcement that he was leaving The Stardust Rodeo to work for Internet television enfant terrible Revision3 was met with industry-wide shock. And when the helicopter lifted off the heliopad of Malibu's Villa Del Sarge to carry its precious cargo northward, the lights along Sunset Boulevard ceremoniously dimmed. Despite what his powerful agents and managers say, Martin is terribly excited to be hosting Infected and Web Drifter and developing new programming for the network. But mostly, he looks forward to getting Kevin Rose knee-walking drunk and convincing him to sign away his millions of dollars. Close

Grace keeps saying she's going to retire, but Jim Louderback keeps talking her out of it. Giving 16 years to the media industry, she honed and applied her expertise at outlets such as PCWeek Labs, Family PC, ZDTV, TechTV, and Ziff Davis Media. She joins Revision3 now to work her magic again. Doing what she loves to do most, she uses her skill and prowess to search out and attain products (and sometimes) guests for our shows. She's tasked with keeping Jim on schedule, booking his interviews and keeping the office running smoothly. (She likes making sure we're all cozy and comfy.) She is the point of contact for many outside inquiries. And, she's running the company intern program. Know any interns? Send them her way. She's looking for an army of them. Close

Jay Speiden, a writer and producer for Revision3, is known around the office as "The Ridge Walker." When not trying to figure out why he has been tagged with this puzzling moniker, he co-writes and produces Infected by Martin Sargent, Web Drifter, and whatever else Sarah Lane tells him to.
