Launched and managed operations at cable channels, magazines, websites and online video companies including Ziff-Davis, TechTV, PC Magazine and ExtremeTech.com. He started his career at JPMorgan Chase, and has also done work for Pepsi, National Semiconductor and Citibank. He's been CEO of Revision3 since 2007, and has guided the company to profitability and more than 40 million views a month. Jim has an MBA from The Stern School at NYU, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Vermont. He is a fan of cooking, music, movies, companies with extraneous letters in their names and anything with a 3 in it. Close

Rob spent the last decade and a half as a tech entrepreneur for media, mobile and eCommerce companies such as Transpera, m-Qube, Synapix, MediaRush and ATG, and he really is a rocket scientist! <br /> <p> He joined Revision3 in February of 2010, as a way to celebrate the Chinese new year. <p> But prior to all of that, Rob chose science over tech (and, therefore, starvation over food) as a research scientist/engineer at Lincoln Laboratories and Jet Propulsion Laboratories, applying technology to study and understand topics as diverse as planetary cratering and effects of microbursts on aircraft. <p> Moving from the Nor'easters of New England to the shaky topology of California, Rob has now settled into the bay area. David has worked as a broadcast television producer, technology writer, and journalist since 1999 for ZDTV, TechTV and G4 Media. He is a seasoned veteran of television production with several hundred hours of daily live production and many dozens of documentary and field productions under his belt in the roles of producer, writer, director, and talent. He has been heavily involved in computers and technology since becoming SysOp of his own computer BBS in 1989 and subsequently as a network administrator for the software company, Bowne Litigation Solutions. After joining Revision3, David quickly took over the day to day operations, managing business opportunities, developing new programming, and successfully building and executing a working business model for the emerging medium of Internet VOD programs. David holds degrees in Communication and Media Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Close

Michele joined Revision3 in November 2010 to help spread the word. Most recently, she handled the PR at Digg after running communications at Pandora for almost 4 years (from the time of their launch until late 2009). She started out working in Hollywood in the Film & TV business, on the development and production side of things, and then went on to do some publicity work at record labels in NYC before joining the tech PR world during the dot com boom, working for Jupiter Research, Connors Communications and Shopping.com. Michele has a BA in Psychology (which has been surprisingly useful in her career) from the State University of New York at Albany. A native NYer now living the California dream. Close

M.G. joined Revision3 in October 2008, after working at Yahoo! and Prudential Securities. During her time at Yahoo!, she worked across a number of organizations. She served as Chief of Staff for the EVP of Global Partnership Solutions. Prior to that, she was Sr. Director of Operations Finance for the Marketplaces businesses. She also worked in Business Operations and Business Development for Yahoo! Travel, and oversaw Operations Finance for Yahoo! Personals. Prior to Yahoo!, M.G. worked at Prudential Securities as an investment banking analyst. M.G. received an AB from Stanford University in International Relations, and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Close

Julie Davenport is Vice President, Business Development and Marketing. Davenport is responsible for expanding and further monetizing the Revision3 content distribution platform, steering strategic branding and spearheading audience development and social media efforts for Revision3's family of technology, gaming and lifestyle shows. <br /><p> Davenport brings 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing at top media companies, including CBS Interactive, AOL, Ubisoft Entertainment, Turner Broadcasting and E!. Most recently, Davenport was Vice President and General Sales Manager of CBS Interactive Music in NY where she launched a new digital and mobile division for the company and developed several lucrative original branded content series and advertising programs. Davenport oversaw Integrated Media Solutions for CNET and CBS Interactive where she developed new advertising offerings and technologies in partnership with agencies and brands. <p> Davenport began her career at Turner Broadcasting Systems overseeing marketing and promotions, where she was instrumental in launching and distributing some of Turner's leading cable networks including Cartoon Network, and Turner Classic Movies. Ryan is a 10 year veteran of television and has been responsible for many hundreds of hours of programming at HGTV, DIY, G4, Syfy and WB. He has developed and run many different show formats including magazine, reality, makeover, documentary, live events, interactive and award shows. After breaking into television at the WB affiliate in San Francisco, he began his career in cable at TechTV where he created and ran the long running series "X-Play." He then transitioned to developing and running shows for HGTV and DIY Network for Edelman Productions. Eventually the G4 network recruited him as executive producer, responsible for ongoing production and development of new series, specials and live events. In other work, he has developed new shows for Sci Fi Network, Reelz Channel and various "new media" outlets including Gamefly.com, Championship Gaming Series and MiniMovieChannel.com. Mauricio Balvanera was a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild in Los Angeles as the lead music editor on Desperate Housewives, Criminal Minds and various other film and TV shows before moving to San Francisco to bring his skill set to new media. He returns to the picture editing he enjoyed, working on commercials for Reebok, Lexus, and IBM after graduating from the University of Southern California film school. When Mau gets home in the evenings he enjoys nothing more than attempting to take over the world by simply being a nice guy. It's not working but he sleeps well at night. Mauricio is currently a staff editor, producer of Unboxing Porn and various one offs, and co-creator and co-host of Appjudgment. Close

Jennifer joined Revision3 in March 2011 and hangs out all day on Revision3.com. An Internet enthusiast since the early days, she brings many years of online marketing experience to the team. Prior to Revision3, Jennifer worked at Shure and online advertising agencies. She's always had a love of television, and is excited about the content Revision3 offers. Close

Kerry comes to Revision3 with 13 years of broadcast television experience. Her background includes working for PBS, TechTV, HGTV, the History Channel, Dreamworks, CNET and On24. All this experience led to the wonderful world of Online Television. She thrives on knowing where everyone is, what they are doing and when they're going to be done with it. After diligently serving as Ryan Vance's intern and living to tell the tale, Zac joined the full-time Revision3 army in the summer of 2010. He now spends his time producing Destructoid and Tom's Top 5, as well as working on new show development. And when everyone else is too busy, he can also be found on the set of AppJudgment. Close

Grace decided helping Jim out at Revision3 could be more entertaining than retiring. After 17 years in the media industry at outlets such as PCWeek Labs, Computer Life, ZDTV, TechTV, and Ziff Davis Media, she's created a skillset unlike any other that's just perfect for Revision3. As our Product Acquisition Mgr, she works her natural ability to do what she loves to do most, and gets all those hard to get products for our show reviews.  On the Operations, HR and Benefits side of things, she miraculously stays on top of everything she's in charge of, and makes sure all is in order and as it should be.  She runs our Internship Program and has an incredible knack for recruiting talented interns.
