In this episode of PixelPerfect, Bert digs into his Adobe toolbox and employs Illustrator to create swirls and conjure up a weird and bizarre glow swirl effect with his Photoshop magic. Grab a chair, load up Illustrator and Photoshop, then follow along and play. As Bert always says, the best way to learn is to play.

I'm gonna go in here and grab this last line and just gonna grab this point and pull it out like so and it's -- reviewed in like that so we have this slight variation. Between these two. After you what we're doing nothing to it looks like both of them. And that stroke right now with that -- with right let's -- no filth and the stroke that make it nice to exceed this blue right here. So now I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take both of them selected all the points and I'm gonna go to my blend tool that's discovered here double clicked on it. To bring up the options that would say choose -- specified number of steps and I'm gonna give it it's gonna. Sixteen steps that's and a lot of little lines in between. And I click okay and then -- click from one and point to the other end point. It's gonna create all of the steps in between one to the other and I created all these little lines in between a nod to a select all. And copy that go back -- my Photoshop file. Photoshop. And I'm gonna create a new file. It's been a new image here he's gonna reflect what's in the keyboard that's make it a little bigger let's make this a thousand. By 800. And make it RGB. Click okay. And there it is and a convert this to make it black and then paste. Pay strategy and paste it as pixels can go okay there's my little -- to commit. And let's just go to full screen here. And I got my little -- which can make bigger summit going there and just play with this on the scale this escudos and its its coming right off the page just like that. So there's a set of swirls. Now. I can. Go back to illustrator. And an illustrator we can actually do different colors you tell -- it's just take all these and dump. And what I'll do that create another set that's gonna go in this direction."
