A close-up look at Sony's gadgets, games, music and movies. Read More
It's all about the future this time, guys - first up, we've got a prototype of a new fully 3D display technology, the Ray Modeler. Then we take a look at the all new LittleBigPlanet 2 and see how community content is revolutionizing the way you're going to play video games.
So this is pretty awesome: we have a visitor from the Sony labs who brought some seriously futuristic tech to the SGNL studio. The Ray Modeler is a tabletop 3D display - you can view the imagery from all sides, just like it's a real object. Ryo "Joe" Kajiura from Sony R&D tells us a little bit about how it works and how we can expect to see the technology used in the future.
LittleBigPlanet 2 is out, and it has tons of new options for level creation. Jeff Rubenstein from the Playstation blog comes by to share 3 great levels that show off all the new things that can be done in the game and how to find the best community content.
