Are Babies Destroying Our Planet?

A new study tackles the problem of population control, and the results may surprise you.

There are a lot of people on this earth and by 2100, there could be a whole lot more (provided we go another 80+ years without blowing up the planet). Scientists predict that by 2100 there will be almost 12 billion people on this planet, which might have a significant impact on our environment.

Population control is a difficult situation to tackle on a political and ethical level. On one hand, you don't want to tell people to stop having kids, it's their right to have kids and it's part of the natural order of things. However, our population is growing at such a rapid rate, scientists fear that it may be too late to stop the progression. Even restricting births might not help!
