Parrot is back with the second version of its popular AR. Drone, aptly named AR. Drone 2. While there is nothing radically different visually about this new version, the short demo we saw tonight showed a highly more stable version of the popular aircraft. Anyone say barrel rolls? This new version can do it, in spades.
With the addition of a new HD camera in the nose cone, you can both stream live video to either your iOS or Android device while simultaneously recording it to later be shared on YouTube. You can also then join the AR. Drone Academy which will allow you to share GPS tagged videos shot with the Drone with other owners all over the world.
