Jon Q is back to attack and highlight another epic mobile application. This episode features Dead Trigger, a graphically intense high action zombie shoot-em-up for iOS and Android. If you're a fan of zombie flicks, a player of zombie games like Left 4 Dead, and/or fascinated with the walking undead, you've gotta check this out.
What's The Apps is a in-depth application review experience hosted by Jon Quach (aka. WaffleJon) - known on YouTube and the internet for his upbeat personality. Tune into TechnoBuffalo's What The Apps to find out what's hot and to learn how you can improve your mobile experience one app at a time.
What is Dead Trigger? Dead Trigger, a game created by the same folks behind the popular mobile third-person shooter, Shadowgun. The premise of the game is pretty straight forward, as with most if not all zombie shoot em ups. Zombies come after you, and you shoot the bajezzus out of em.
After playing DT for a while, it becomes very apparent that this game was designed around persuading the user to trade real world cash for in-game gold.
As awesome as Dead Trigger, there are several aspects that might hinder the overall enjoyment of the game.
