What's a Good TV Tuner Card to Use with Windows 7 Media Center?

@juanpinillos asked, "what's a good TV Tuner Card to use with Windows 7 Media Center?" He wants over the air HDTV to replace cable. You could roll with a basic USB or PCIe over the tuner from Hauppauge, but Robert suggests you check out his personal favorite, the SiliconDust HDHomeRun DUAL which has two tuners and sends OTV signals over your home network to your PC.
